Acceptance of charges for 2025 CIGRE Conference

Charges & Payments

Registration fees do not include accommodation, travel insurance, travel or transfers.

Payment Options

Credit card - select credit card payment below and you will be prompted to enter payment details. A paid tax invoice will be emailed to you after payment.

Payments will appear on your statement as "Kaigi Conferencing and Events". Credit card payments will be processed via eWay Rapid, a secure payment gateway, and attract a surcharge of 2.2%. Mastercard, Visa and AMEX payments are accepted. 

Your tax invoice and receipt (if paid) will be attached to your confirmation email. This is sent automatically once you have completed the registration process. If not received (and not in your SPAM folder), contact the Conference Secretariat via email to admin@concentivecommunications.com.au. 

Credit card payment: Once you have completed the E-Way credit card payment site, ensure that you press the FINALISE TRANSACTION button and return to this registration site otherwise your registration will not be submitted.
