A note about payment

  • Registrations can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX), or request a tax invoice to pay within 7 days, either by credit card or direct deposit. The option of an invoice will expire 7 days prior to the conference.
  • Payment for Early Bird registrations MUST be received by COB on 31 July 2025. After this date the Early Bird rate expires, and the Standard rate will be applied automatically to all unpaid registrations.
  • Fees apply for credit card payments.
  • All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

CONGRESS MATERIALS A Congress Handbook and printed program will be provided to all registered attendees. Abstracts will be available via electronic PDF or on the attendee app PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES Earlybird Discounts applies for registrations and payments received on/before 31 July 2025. All accounts must be paid in full prior to the Congress. Attendees will be requested to settle any outstanding accounts by credit card upon arrival at the Congress. The following payment methods are accepted: - Credit Card: The Congress accepts MasterCard, Visa and AMEX (2% merchant fee applies for all credit card payments). Payments will appear on your statement as "Kaigi Conferencing and Events". Credit card payments are processed via eWay, a third party gateway. - Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)" Bank details will be on your invoice, or contact us via email to BGANZ@kaigi.com.au PRIVACY Information collected as part of the Congress registration process is owned by the Congress Organising Committee and Kaigi Conferencing and Events. We will only access information that you voluntarily give us. This information will not be provided to any third party, other than as necessary to fulfil your request (such as to accommodation providers). CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION We hope that you will not have to cancel your registration, but should this be necessary, please advise the Congress Secretariat in writing, by email to BGANZ@kaigi.com.au. Cancellations received prior to 2 October 2025 will receive a full refund less $110 administration fee. Refunds for cancellations after 3 October 2025 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. If you are unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Please advise the details of the substitute delegate in writing to the Congress Secretariat.

1. Electronic Funds Transfer - request a tax invoice below. Bank details for EFT will be on your invoice.
2. Credit card - select credit card payment below and you will be prompted to enter payment details. A paid tax invoice will be emailed to you after payment.

Payments will appear on your statement as "Kaigi Conferencing and Events". Credit card payments will be processed via eWay Rapid, a secure payment gateway, and attract a surcharge of 2%. Mastercard, Visa and AMEX payments are accepted. 

Your tax invoice and receipt (if paid) will be attached to your confirmation email. This is sent automatically once you have completed the registration process. If not received (and not in your SPAM folder), contact the Congress Secretariat via email to bganz@kaigi.com.au

Payment is due before the conference commences
Please note that payment is required before the conference commences. If you are paying via EFT please process your payment in a timely fashion so it is processed prior to conference commencement and provide a payment remittance to the Congress Secretariat.
