Once your updated registration has been submitted, you will receive an updated registration confirmation email, and if relevant, an additional invoice or credit note. If this email is not received, and it is not in your junk mail folder, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
We hope that you will not have to cancel your registration, however, should this be necessary cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 31 July 2017 will receive a full refund less $100 administration charge. Refunds for cancellations received after 1 August 2017 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. If you are unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Please advise the Congress Secretariat of the details of the substitute delegate in writing.
PAYMENT OF EARLYBIRD REGISTRATION FEE
Earlybird Registration Fee type is available until Friday 31 July 2017. Payment for Earlybird Registrations MUST be received by 31 July 2017. After this date, the Earlybird rate expires, and all unpaid registrations will automatically revert to the Standard Registration Fee.
PAYMENT TERMS
Please note that if you chose to recevie and invoice and pay later, the payment terms are 14 days.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION/TAX INVOICE
Once you have registered for the conference you will receive an automatic confirmation email from info the Congress Secretariat. Please note that the email confirmation will be sent to the email address entered when registering for the congress. This confirmation email contains an attachment of your PDF tax invoice.
PRIVACY
Information collected as part of the congress registration process is owned by the Congress Organising Committee and Kaigi Conferencing and Events. We only access information that you voluntarily give us. We will not provide this information to any third party, other than as necessary to fulfil your request (such as to accommodation providers).
