ACCOMMODATION TYPE

KING ROOM (Max 2 persons) King Bed - includes 2 x breakfasts per day - $605 per night inc GST

OR

TWIN ROOM (max 2 persons) Queen Beds - includes 2 x breakfasts per day - $649 per night inc GST

If you are sharing a hotel room, only one person (Main Delegate) needs to book and pay for accommodaiton and breakfasts. Please ensure you complete the sharer section of the form below. 

If you are not the main person, select No Accommodation Required and enter the sharer details below.

Accommodation rates only available: Sunday 17/8/25 to 18/8/25.

Due to another conference happening prior and post our conference dates, our accommodation rates only apply from Sunday and Monday night.

Should you wish to book offsite accommodation prior or post conference, please contact concentive@icloud.com. 

Please note: Conference finishes at 4pm on Tuesday should you wish to depart on Tuesday.

Terms and Conditions
I accept all the 2025 Wholelife Healthfoods Delegate Conference Registration fees and social networking charges plus all the CROWN Towers Sydney accommodation charges. I understand that it is recommended that every delegate should take out their own personal travel insurance policy to cover the period of this conference. Please pay for all your 2025 Wholelife Conference Delegate fee’s and your CROWN Towers Sydney accommodation using your credit card. All costs include GST and you will be sent a receipt to the email address you have nominated.

Payment

Payment Options

Credit card - select credit card payment below and you will be prompted to enter payment details. A paid tax invoice will be emailed to you after payment.

Payments will appear on your statement as "Kaigi Conferencing and Events". Credit card payments will be processed via eWay Rapid, a secure payment gateway, and attract a surcharge of 2.0%. Mastercard, Visa and AMEX payments are accepted. 

Your tax invoice and receipt (if paid) will be attached to your confirmation email. This is sent automatically once you have completed the registration process. If not received (and not in your SPAM folder), contact the Conference Secretariat via email to concentive@icloud.com. 

Credit card payment: Once you have completed the E-Way credit card payment site, ensure that you press the FINALISE TRANSACTION button and return to this registration site otherwise your registration will not be submitted.
